FROM ENQUIRY TO NEXT STEP
EXAMPLE · DEPENDS ON YOUR SETUP
A visitor asks what you offer or how a project gets started.
Snakk responds using the knowledge you have provided.
The visitor gets guidance on the next step you have defined, such as the contact page. Automatic CRM updates need a separately agreed setup.

A PRACTICAL START
Agree the Snakk agent, knowledge and channel. Enable chat for the agent.
Check Webflow custom code access, then copy the current embed code from Snakk.
Use Site settings → Custom code → Footer code for the whole site, or the page’s before </body> field. Avoid adding the same widget in both places.
Register the exact domains in Snakk, including staging. Enable custom code when testing in Webflow’s preview mode.
Publish to staging and check real questions, mobile layouts and keyboard use. Then publish to the client’s domain and check it there too.
Webflow
The Snakk Webflow app is in development. This page does not promise an approved Marketplace app or one-click installation. Contact us for a demo and to discuss using the existing Snakk embed code.
A Designer app helps the people building the website. The widget is the interface visitors use on the site. Installing a Designer app alone does not mean a widget is visible on the published site.
Webflow can run custom code in preview and comment modes when enabled. Domain restrictions may affect this test. Also check published staging and the custom domain before handover.
This setup covers embedding a widget, rather than automatic CMS synchronisation. Agree how the agent’s knowledge will be added and maintained in Snakk.
Yes, the setup can be planned for each client. Snakk has a reseller console; access and commercial terms need to be agreed. Document the website, agent, domains and responsibility for enquiries for each client.
No. Chat uses text. Website voice lets visitors speak in their browser. Phone answering handles telephone calls. Choosing a widget does not automatically enable the other channels.
