The Replit integration kit is in development. Support for your project and any private data must be agreed separately.

The widget belongs in the frontend. If you later want to show private account data, identity and access need a separate server-side design.
Verify the published version
Replit’s development preview and published app are separate. Check loading, the domain and the user journey after publishing as well as in Preview.

Set up Snakk for Replit
1. Prepare a Snakk agent with a focused knowledge base.
2. Add the widget code in one shared place in the web app’s frontend.
3. Check loading, mobile layouts and navigation in Preview.
4. Publish the Replit app and test the published version. Repeat after relevant changes.

Useful answers
Should I share the Preview URL with customers?
Replit describes Preview as a temporary development URL. Use the published app’s address when the service is ready for users.
Will signed-in users automatically get answers about their account?
Adding a widget does not provide that access. Private account information needs a separate setup for identity, authorisation and the relevant data sources.
Does this apply to every Replit project?
This setup is for web apps with a browser interface. A background job or command-line app has no webpage on which to display the widget.
Is the Replit kit finished?
The platform-specific kit is in development. It builds on Snakk’s existing widget and needs configuration and testing before use.
