Let visitors open chat on a service page and ask about what they have just read. The agent answers using your business’s configured knowledge sources.
Browser voice lets visitors speak to the agent. They start the conversation and grant microphone permission themselves. It is a separate channel from your business phone number.
Keep your layout in Framer. Manage the agent’s knowledge, instructions and widget settings in Snakk. Update both when your services change.

A PRACTICAL START
Create and configure a Snakk agent. Add your knowledge sources and choose chat or browser voice.
Register the domains that will use the agent. Include the test domain, custom domain and www variant wherever they are used.
Add the agent’s embed code in Framer: Project Settings → Custom Code → Add Script. Place it near the end of the body and choose the pages it should cover. Avoid installing the same widget twice.
Publish and test as a visitor. Check mobile layouts, page navigation and error states, plus microphone permission if you choose voice.
Framer
The Framer plugin is in development. We are not presenting an installation button or claiming Marketplace approval. Request a demo to discuss the current setup and next steps.
The plugin is used by the person editing the site. The visitor widget needs to run as code on the published website. It displays chat or starts browser voice for visitors. Having a plugin window open in the editor is not enough.
Snakk has embed code for chat and browser voice, and Framer supports third-party scripts through Custom Code. Your particular agent, domain and Framer project need to be configured and tested before going live. A demo can help establish the right setup.
This integration does not include automatic Framer CMS synchronisation. Knowledge in Snakk needs to be configured and maintained. Check the agent’s answers when you change services or website content.
No. Browser voice uses the microphone and audio on the device displaying the website. Phone calls require a separate telephony setup. Adding a web widget does not automatically connect your business phone number.
Check the agent ID, selected pages, whether Custom Code is enabled and whether Snakk allows the published domain. Also check for duplicate installations or blocking by the browser, consent tool or site security rules. Test the published URL.
YOUR NEXT STEP
The Framer plugin is in development. Snakk’s web widget exists in the product code; your published Framer setup needs verification before going live.
Snakk is an independent service. Framer names and logos belong to their respective owners. Their use here identifies the platform and does not imply endorsement.
