The Squarespace integration kit is in development. Custom code setup depends on your subscription, template and testing on your website.

A PRACTICAL START
Set up Snakk for Squarespace
1. Check that your Squarespace subscription supports Code Injection.
2. Prepare your Snakk agent and obtain the correct widget code.
3. Open Code Injection and add the chat code once in the site-wide Footer field. Save your changes.
4. Open the published website outside the editor. Test several pages and mobile layouts, and check for duplicate widgets.

Does every Squarespace plan support this?
No. Code Injection is available on Core, Plus, Advanced and certain legacy plans. Check that your subscription includes it before setup.
Should the code go in a normal text block?
Is this a Squarespace Extension?
No. This page describes a custom code setup. The platform-specific kit is in development and is not documented as a published Extension.
Why test outside the editor?
Custom code can behave differently in the editor and on the published website. Check the experience as an ordinary visitor before putting it into use.
Can we offer website voice?
Website voice needs a separate agreement and setup with the correct Snakk agent. It requires HTTPS and microphone permission, and is separate from answering telephone calls.
