Somewhere to ask
Let visitors ask about services, practical details or how to get in touch. Answers should use source material your team has reviewed.
SNAKK + SQUARESPACE
Visitors may need more than a well-designed service page. Snakk gives them somewhere to ask about your business through a web widget added using Squarespace’s Code Injection. We help you plan the content and placement, and check what your subscription allows.

This approach uses your website’s custom code capability. You do not need to build a new website to explore Snakk.
Check the widget alongside your mobile menu, contact form and other fixed elements. Chat should be easy to find without getting in the way.

Custom code can behave differently in the editor and on the published website. Check the experience as an ordinary visitor before putting it into use.
Website voice needs a separate agreement and setup with the correct Snakk agent. It requires HTTPS and microphone permission, and is separate from answering telephone calls.
