Product search retrieves an image URL when a product has an image.
Snakk chat supports visual product cards, but the direct Shopify connection to those cards still needs completion and testing.
The illustration shows the intended presentation using example products. Automatic image display is not a confirmed, finished Shopify feature.
A PRACTICAL START
Choose one shopping enquiry and a small selection of products to test.
Connect your shop’s myshopify.com domain and Storefront access to Snakk. Confirm who is authorised to set up the connection.
Enable the agreed Shopify actions for your agent and add your shop’s guidance.
Test matching products, no results, variants, prices and errors before making the setup available to customers.
Shopify
Snakk chat has visual product cards, and Shopify search retrieves an image URL. The direct connection between them has not yet been verified as complete. The cards on this page are a clearly labelled illustration. We agree and test image display before including it in your delivery.
These actions have not been verified as part of this Shopify integration. This page describes product search and guidance; it does not promise purchases, payments or order changes within chat.
The integration code includes order status and tracking lookups. Using them requires the appropriate Admin access, access to the relevant order data and a tested customer verification setup. We scope this separately before using customer information.
This delivery does not include a confirmed Snakk listing in the Shopify App Store. Contact us to discuss a direct connection and how chat should be added to your shop.
Not necessarily. The current product search retrieves up to three variants per product and reports availability for sale, rather than a guaranteed stock quantity. Shops with many variants need specific testing and may need additional work.
Product cards are a visual chat feature. Telephone calls and browser voice are separate channels; a spoken conversation does not mean the customer sees product cards.
YOUR NEXT STEP
The Shopify connection is configured and tested for each shop. Product search and recommendations exist in the integration code. Automatic product card display is being completed and has not been confirmed in production.
