SNAKK / MEETINGS
Be part of the conversation. Snakk takes the notes.
Let Snakk join your meeting and prepare transcripts, notes and tasks. Ask what was agreed afterwards and follow up in the same workspace.
For salespeople, consultants and leaders who want to focus on the customer and avoid reconstructing agreements from memory.
MORE ROOM FOR GOOD SERVICE
What it does for your team.
Stay present
A meeting bot records the conversation so you can listen, ask and participate.
Find what was said
Read notes and a transcript with speaker names. Ask specific questions about one meeting.
Turn agreements into follow-up
Track tasks from the notes with owners, deadlines and status in Meetings and Tickets.
FROM NEED TO FOLLOW-UP
How it works.
A clear workflow, with knowledge, ownership and control throughout.
THE DETAILS THAT MATTER
Built for the work around your customer.
The meeting platforms you use
Snakk joins Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Webex. Turn the bot on or off for individual meetings in your calendar overview. It can join up to 15 minutes after the start. Only one bot joins when several employees attend the same meeting.
Recordings and transcripts
Get playable audio and video, or choose audio only. Upload existing audio or video files up to 500 MB. Transcripts include speaker names and timestamps. Correct attendee names and email addresses afterwards.
Languages and terminology
Choose Norwegian Bokmål, Nynorsk, Swedish, Danish, English or automatic language selection. Add up to 300 vocabulary entries and 100 spelling rules for company names and specialist terms.
Notes tailored to the meeting
Get a title, summary, key points, decisions, next steps and comments. Choose from seven meeting types, or add your own instructions and regenerate the notes. Links and commitments from the meeting chat are included.
Find a topic and ask follow-up questions
Three to eight timestamped chapters help you jump to a topic. Ask AI about what was said in an individual meeting. Tags highlight decisions, objections and follow-up needs.
One list for follow-up
Tasks across all meetings come together in one list, with owners and deadlines when agreed. Add your own tasks and mark them complete. Attendees are linked to contacts and identified as internal or external.
Share with the right people
Send notes to the owner, internal attendees or nobody, with an optional additional notification address. A signed webhook with a test button can send meeting data to your CRM or other systems.
Knowledge you approve
Meeting facts can become suggestions for your agent’s knowledge. You approve them before use. Through Snakk MCP, Claude and Chat GPT can list and read meetings using the access you grant.
Meeting and usage insights
See upcoming meetings, calendars, meeting counts and hours, platforms, meeting types and tags. Insights include speaking time per attendee, internal versus external meetings and reasons why meetings were not recorded.
Recording and retention controls
The bot uses its own name and logo and posts an editable recording notice in chat. Remove it from the portal whenever needed. Meeting data is processed in the EU. Choose automatic deletion after 1–365 days or delete individual meetings yourself.
AN ILLUSTRATED EXAMPLE
The meeting ends. The next step is clear.
Illustrated example: A salesperson and customer discuss a project, budget and proposal.
Notes, questions and follow-up refer to the same meeting. Your team checks important details.

GOOD TO KNOW
Answers before you start.
How do we add more meeting users?
Which platforms and calendars are supported?
Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Webex. Automatic joining uses Google Calendar, with one calendar per employee and multiple calendars per business. Paste a meeting link to join directly.
How are attendees informed about recording?
The bot posts an editable recording notice in the meeting chat. Attendees can type “stopp” to end recording, and you can configure pause and resume words. Agree recording with attendees before starting.
Does the bot speak in meetings?
No. Snakk is a notetaker that records and prepares transcripts, notes and tasks afterwards. It does not conduct the conversation.
Can I ask across all meetings?
Ask the meeting uses the content of one meeting at a time. Tasks across meetings are collected in a separate list.
How are meetings stored and deleted?
Meeting data is processed in the EU. Choose automatic deletion after 1–365 days or delete individual meetings yourself. Temporary recording copies are deleted once transferred to Snakk.
Can we customise the notes?
Yes. Choose prospect, existing customer, partner, internal, interview, project or general meeting. Add your own instructions, vocabulary and spelling rules and regenerate the notes. Check important names, agreements and deadlines.
