See what is missing
Distinguish knowledge gaps from unclear instructions or missing system connections.
SNAKK / LEARNING
When a person helps where AI falls short, their answer contains valuable knowledge. Snakk identifies improvements and turns them into suggestions your team can test, edit and approve.
For businesses that want everyday customer work to improve the agent instead of maintaining everything from memory.

MORE ROOM FOR GOOD SERVICE
Distinguish knowledge gaps from unclear instructions or missing system connections.
Employees’ answers can provide the foundation for knowledge the agent needs.
Test, edit or reject suggestions. Learning does not change knowledge or instructions without approval.
FROM NEED TO FOLLOW-UP
A clear workflow, with knowledge, ownership and control throughout.
Conversations are assessed and similar questions grouped to reveal recurring themes.
Staff replies in the linked ticket or email thread can provide the reference answer for a suggestion.
Review the question and context. Compare answers with and without the change, edit and decide what to use.
Approved knowledge and instructions help with later enquiries. Review quality and keep improving.
THE DETAILS THAT MATTER
When an employee resolves an agent-created ticket, “Teach the agent this” brings up the answer for review. The person checks it before saving it as knowledge, making improvement part of existing work.
The agent may need a rule, a fact or access to a system. Suggestions distinguish knowledge, guidelines and tools. A suggested system connection is work to evaluate, not an integration that builds itself.
A test view can compare responses with and without a suggestion on selected questions. This provides a concrete comparison, while your team still checks facts and suitability.
Company information, instructions and approved answers form the foundation. Learning improves these inputs; it does not retrain the underlying language model. Shared knowledge collections can support several activated agents.
AN ILLUSTRATED EXAMPLE
Illustrated example: Saturday collection hours are missing from the agent’s knowledge.
The question is passed to the team as a ticket.
The employee checks and replies: “Yes, by appointment between 10 and 12.”
The team confirms the wording and validity before the agent uses it.
Next time, the agent has better information. This is an illustration, not a measured customer result.
FROM INTEREST TO EVERYDAY USE
GOOD TO KNOW
It identifies improvements and proposes changes based on the work. People approve changes before knowledge or instructions are updated. “Learning with control” is a more precise description.
A suggestion can ask your business to provide it. Missing facts should not be replaced with an invented answer.
Learning suggestions must not change protected safety and handover rules. Tool suggestions do not create connections automatically. Such changes require separate configuration and testing.
That depends on knowledge, tasks and follow-up. We do not promise a specific improvement percentage. Measure the quality of your own enquiries.
Approved learning, knowledge and Tickets are included in Snakk plans. Ordered help with setup, knowledge work or improvements is priced according to the agreed scope.
